01 dry treatment method It is to add a set of dust collection device for the cutting platform, and the captured dust directly transported to the dust filtration and purification equipment, unified filtration treatment and then discharge. The smoke produced by cutting will basically form under the workpiece incision, so the suction negative pressure cutting platform has become a common smoke trapping device at present. In order to save the cost of equipment and improve the efficiency of air extraction, only the area in the process of cutting is vacuumed, so the platform used for cutting along the direction of the leading rail of the cutting machine will be divided into a uniform and closed small area, next to the open air outlet. Suction tuyere is divided into side suction mobile suction tuyere and suction chamber side wall valve type suction tuyere. Among them, the former is widely used because of its simple structure, reliable operation, good dust removal effect.

02 wet treatment is actually to make a water bed cutting platform, put the workpiece in the water, in the water or close to the surface of the cutting operation, water to capture the smoke generated in the cutting, so as to achieve the effect of purifying the environment.
